Mike Climpson started in the adhesive on 1st September 1969 with Swift Chemical Company. Mike and his eldest son Stuart Climpson started AdCo (UK) Limited in October 1999.
Mike retired from the business in 2021 after 52 years in the industry. AdCo (UK) Limited is now run by Stuart who took over from Mike as Managing Director. Stuart's younger brother joined the business in 2021 taking over his role as Commercial Director.
